These programs can only be entered through a county or court referral — please contact the referring agency listed.
Referrals: Housing Support Services–GRH referrals must come through a Hennepin County Coordinated Entry System (CES) worker. PDS does not accept walk-ins or referrals from case managers outside of CES.
